Process prior authorization (PA) requests with precision and timeliness

Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies requiring resolution
Maintain detailed documentation of all processed claims and authorization requests
Prior Authorization (PA) Support
Handle prior authorization submissions and follow-ups across multiple channels
Collaborate with clinical teams to gather necessary documentation
Process PA overrides and escalate complex cases as needed
Support the resolution of claim denials and appeals
Participate in root cause analysis for override issues and process improvements
System & Process Enhancement
Work with RxClaim and related data warehouse systems to run queries and generate reports
Contribute to enterprise requirement determinations for process improvements
Support the implementation of new PA documentation workflows
Identify opportunities for operational enhancements within CAPAS operations
Assist in testing and documentation for system upgrades and process changes
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow integration
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Provide training support and knowledge sharing with team members
Articulate risks, concerns, and process improvement recommendations to leadership
Demonstrate accountability and collaboration in matrixed team environments
What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large datasets for projects, trending analysis, or opportunity identification
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to work with complex data systems and perform accurate data entry

MS Access: Experience using MS Access databases for data management and reporting
