Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, planning and executing travel sales, and maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors. Key Responsibilities Travel Sales and Planning: Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities. Payment Processing: Process payments on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Client Communication: Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Vendor Relationships: Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices. Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to achieve common goals. Industry Knowledge: Stay current on travel industry trends, policies, and procedures, completing required certification and ongoing training as needed. Essential Qualifications Age and Residency: Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States. Technical Requirements: Must have a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access. Communication Skills: Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and travel partners. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to accuracy and detail. Computer and Internet Knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and internet applications. Preferred Qualifications Travel Experience: Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry, including destinations, vendors, and industry trends.
