Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST) Provide exceptional customer service, resolving order issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records and notes regarding customer interactions, orders, and issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and note-taking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with resolving order issues, such as delays and shipping issues Ability to work from home and dedicate yourself to this position during your scheduled shift Preferred Qualifications Sales experience is a plus Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
