Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to type at a minimum of 30-35 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote work environment. Experience with order entry systems, inventory management, or related software.
