Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on managing a high volume of incoming customer interactions via phone, email, or online chat. Your goal will be to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Key responsibilities include: Managing a large volume of incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Collecting and entering product orders into our CRM system with high accuracy and efficiency. Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Building trust and rapport with customer accounts through excellent communication and follow-up. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers regarding our products or services. Following up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments. Performing other related duties as assigned to support the customer service team. Working Hours and Salary We offer flexible working hours, with a minimum requirement of 18 hours per week.
