Experienced Remote Telecom Project Manager – Fiber Network Deployment and Management Specialist

In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between internal teams, including construction, engineers, and property contacts, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project management. Your primary focus will be on managing the deployment of fiber networks in various neighborhoods, working closely with clients, and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of milestones and deadlines Collaborate with internal teams, including construction, engineers, and property contacts, to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle Utilize Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups, to track project progress, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions Coordinate with in-house network teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution Conduct regular email and call interactions with clients, addressing concerns, and providing support as needed Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the wireline/fiber industry Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working with fiber network deployment and management, including knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Strong business acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strategic thinking : ability to develop and implement project plans, aligning with company goals and objectives Communication : excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Problem-solving : strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks Time management : ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptability : willingness to learn and adapt to new software, systems, and processes, with a commitment to ongoing professional development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
