Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders. Assist in analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project commitments. Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements. Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and anomalies. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision. May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being desirable. Ability to assess business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework are desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and be an independent self-starter.
