Key Responsibilities Perform analysis using relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Direct activities that combine analytical and organizational complexity towards clear, sound, and significant decisions. Own activities start to finish, covering issue definition, metrics development, data extraction and control, visualization, creation, and execution of scientific/statistical models, and presentation to partners. Address uncertain or new issues by utilizing the skills of existing systems and collaborate to transform large issues into work for the team. Supervise the integration of cross-functional/organizational project/process courses of action, drive improvements and recommendations, and define functional goals and targets. Provide guidance and achieve results through driving/influencing the commitments of others. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3 years of experience as a team supervisor within a technical leadership role. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of work experience utilizing analysis to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL). 3 years of experience as a team director within a technical leadership role. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools.
