The Program Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals servedOversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program complianceAssist in the development of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individual served needsBuild and maintain relationships with families and external case managersSkillsBachelor's degree in human services or related field requiredAn equivalent combination of education and experienceCurrent driver's license, car registration, and auto insuranceLicensure and training as required by state such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, etcA reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approachA commitment to quality in everything you doOne year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at-risk, etcBenefitsFull compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holiday pay.Company OverviewSevita is a national network of local health care and human services provider.
