**Job Summary**

As a Quality Assurance Manager – Virtual Testing, you will be responsible for developing and executing virtual system test plans (simulations) to validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. You will work closely with product teams, QA manual testing teams, and internal customers to ensure that new solutions meet their requirements and are ready for operation, maintenance, deployment, process, and MHE integration, service, and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develops, implements, and manages simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software
* Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery
* Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
* Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
* Coordinates simulations and testing processes
* Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
* Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback
* Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree (BS)
* 7+ years proven experience leading or managing large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
* Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
* Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully

* Base pay ranging from $158,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market
