As a Retail Store Sales Associate, youll represent Best Buy to all our customers in-store. Well provide you with the training and knowledge necessary to confidently suggest the best tech products and solutions tailored to each individual. What you'll do
Encourage staff to welcome customers with a warm and inviting attitude
Serve our customers by employing your passion for technology and excellent communication skills as a brand ambassador
Offer personalized after-sales support solutions such as product training or installation to ensure that buyers are getting the most out of their purchase
Fulfill the job of handling financial tasks for customers who purchase, return, or exchange products

Ensure that your department is kept clean and fully stocked at all times
