What You'll Do

As a Technical Content Designer at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the technical content that our customer service representatives rely on every day. Content Development & Maintenance


Develop comprehensive technical content, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and procedural documentation that enables customer service representatives to assist arenaflex subscribers effectively
Create visually appealing, user-friendly content formatted for maximum readability and ease of navigation across multiple platforms and channels
Maintain and continuously update existing technical content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current product features and system configurations
Establish and maintain content standards that ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all technical documentation


Collaboration & Communication


Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Experience—to gather accurate technical information and ensure content reflects the latest product developments
Work directly with the customer service team to understand their pain points, challenges, and evolving needs, translating these insights into effective technical content solutions
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training programs to educate customer service representatives on new technical content, system updates, and procedural changes
Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to ensure technical content aligns with arenaflex's broader content ecosystem and brand voice guidelines


Research & Innovation


Conduct ongoing research to stay current with emerging technical trends, industry best practices, and innovative content delivery methods
Monitor and analyze customer feedback, support ticket trends, and service metrics to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities
Implement feedback loops with customer service representatives to continuously refine and enhance the effectiveness of technical content
Evaluate content performance metrics and user engagement data to optimize content strategy and delivery


Quality Assurance & Problem Solving


Identify, troubleshoot, and document technical issues, providing timely solutions and accurate information for customer service teams
Ensure all technical content adheres to arenaflex's brand voice—professional, approachable, and subscriber-focused
Review content for technical accuracy, clarity, and completeness before publication
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining the highest quality standards


What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate who combines technical acumen with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable bridging the gap between complex technical information and non-technical audiences, with a proven ability to create content that educates, engages, and empowers.

Essential Qualifications


Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, content design, or documentation engineering, preferably in a customer service, SaaS, or technology environment
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new technologies, systems, and processes
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables
Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for customer experience and a deep understanding of how effective technical content enhances support interactions
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across departments

Preferred Qualifications


Experience in the streaming media, technology, or SaaS industries
Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools (such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Adobe RoboHelp), and knowledge base platforms
Understanding of HTML, CSS, or basic markup languages for content formatting
Experience in developing training materials or conducting knowledge transfer sessions
Background in user experience (UX) writing or content strategy
Experience analyzing content performance metrics and using data to inform content decisions
