About the Role: Program Manager Remote We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Providence Strategic and Management Services. As a Program Manager Remote, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and seamless connectivity in the development of our next evolution of care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care outcomes Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives Design and execute program management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to support project delivery and portfolio management Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement, encouraging experimentation, calculated risk-taking, and knowledge sharing Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, caregivers, and community partners Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field 5 years of Healthcare and/or business experience, preferably in roles representing a broad range of experiences with progressively increasing responsibility Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio, program, project management, consulting, business planning, and/or analysis experience Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field PMI Certification Coursework/Training in facilitation of diverse groups Lean/Six Sigma training Within 1 year of hire, Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma 3 years of experience operating as part of a large, multi-product/multi-market, geographically dispersed organization 3 years of change management, facilitation, and project management experience with complex multi-regional initiatives involving a large number of stakeholders with diverse interests Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a strong focus on virtual collaboration and communication Proficiency in program management tools, software, and technologies Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of healthcare trends, challenges, and opportunities Ability to navigate complex systems, processes, and stakeholders, with a focus on driving simplicity, clarity, and results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Providence, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our caregivers.
