Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat, maintaining a conversational tone that is both engaging and professional. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions in real-time. You will work closely with other departments to escalate more complex problems, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark’s products and services, including the latest promotions, upgrades, and troubleshooting techniques. This knowledge will enable you to provide informed support to customers. Documentation: Accurately capture customer interactions and document relevant information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensuring that all communications are logged is crucial for maintaining comprehensive customer records. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. You will be expected to continuously seek improvement through self-assessment and feedback. Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat support role.
