Pay Range: The expected pay range for this role is $30-$40 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program. Required Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience with SQL database programming • 2-3 years of experience working with visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI • 2-3 years of analytics experience working with large datasets • BS degree in math, statistics, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: • Experience identifying and tracking Social Determinants of Health • Deep understanding of using demographic data to identify disparities and track improvements over time • Knowledge of and experience with large healthcare datasets based on administrative claims data and other data sources We welcome applications from talented individuals who are passionate about analytics and healthcare.
