About the Role We're seeking an experienced Product Manager - Customer Analytics to lead the development and execution of our Client Investigation Center item strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the quality and accessibility of customer insights and experiences for our internal stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project that will transform the way we understand and engage with our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Client Investigation Center item strategy to enhance the quality and accessibility of customer insights and experiences. Define and communicate a clear roadmap, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center. Ensure that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and integrity needs of internal teams analyzing customer data and identity. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for item enhancement and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing, large-scale, and complex B2B/C products (or 9 years of experience in a related field). A strong background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: A graduate degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, and complex B2B/C products. A proven track record of driving product innovation and growth through customer analytics and insights. Awareness of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that align with blithequark's accessibility guidelines and culture. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong product management skills, with experience in developing and executing product strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of customer analytics, data security, and privacy, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
