You will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, monitoring, and prevention systems for maintenance and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear. * Provide IT support for IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications. * Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. * Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor all basic infrastructure infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear. * Develop server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. * Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Suggest and implement departmental policies, rules, standards, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations. * Manage project planning, execution, and vendor support for server farm and remote communication room capital upgrades, updates, and improvements. * Determine IT and basic infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations. * Oversee the planning, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms. * Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear. * Maintain operational sustainability of airport basic climate infrastructure. * Develop Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems. * Coordinate remotely with airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities. * Review/Store Support Records.
