Experienced Phone Appointment Setter / High Ticket Closer
Job description
We are an International market leading online health and fitness coaching company, and we are growing fast!
We require a highly talented high ticket CLOSERS come into our team, utilise our CRM (Close.io) to book and close sales calls for our fitness client prospects.
A successful candidate will have great experience and success in cold calling leads, converting them into booked calls and closing them on Zoom calls.
FITNESS Sales call closing would be advantageous .?
Tasks include but not limited to:
Cold / warm lead calling? and appointment setting
Booking these leads with the sales team? and yourself
Recording all data in Close.io?
Monitoring leads that come into the list and calling them as per our standards?
Showing initiative to ?try new methods of contacting hard-to-get-hold-of leads?
Reporting daily on tasks completed and giving feedback from calls and duties ?
Attending weekly operational meetings ?
Main Skills Required:
High degree of goal orientation and a burning desire to surpass goals and objectives ?
Ability to persuade prospects to book calls over the phone? and show up
High level of objection breaking skills
Capability to hold high level conversation and summarise the program fast on the phone ??
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work at pace ?and to high detail?
Able to work both as a team and alone??
High degree off punctuality and work effect ?

Pay Structure:
Base pay plus above industry average % paid on cash collected for both set calls and closed calls? ( OTE £25'000 - £50'000 / Y)
Multi bonus's at tired levels of calls booked??
