Contract Attorney – Federal Court Practice
Role: Contract Attorney – Federal Court Practice- Licensed and in good standing in CA Engagement Type: Contract (3-4 months, with the possibility of extension) Location: Fully Remote Start: ASAP Elevate is seeking experienced contract attorneys to support federal court litigation work. Attorneys will be responsible for drafting federal court pleadings and filings and must already be admitted to at least one U.S. District Court. This is a drafting‑focused role well‑suited for attorneys with prior federal litigation experience who can work independently in a remote environment.
