Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences Deliver One-on-One Assisted Stretch Sessions: Provide personalized stretching experiences tailored to each client's needs and goals. Motivate and Encourage Clients: Foster a supportive and motivating environment to help clients achieve their full potential. Build and Retain Membership: Engage with clients to build a loyal community and promote the benefits of StretchLab's unique offerings. Ensure Client Safety: Adhere to StretchLab's safety protocols and best practices to guarantee a safe and effective stretching experience. Participate in Staff Meetings and Educational Presentations: Stay updated on the latest techniques and industry developments. Address Member Concerns: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and feedback. Assist with Sales and Studio Tours: Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to promote StretchLab's services. Maintain a Strong Social Media Presence: Engage with clients and promote StretchLab's brand through social media channels. Maintain Equipment and Studio Environment: Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for client use. Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For To succeed as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, or Yoga Instructor at StretchLab, you'll need: A passion for boutique fitness and a love for stretching, mobility, and flexibility. A background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction. Fitness certification (varies depending on your specific role). Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment. A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies. Availability to complete our comprehensive training program, including 2-day Flexologist Training, online tutorials, and practice hours.
