What You’ll Do: Provide senior-level administrative support to the Alliance Team Maintain & improve governance frameworks, standards, templates & processes Coordinate vendor documentation, schedules, registers & artefacts Produce accurate & timely reporting Support financial tracking, forecasting & project administration activities Assist with vendor audits, quality assurance & continuous improvement initiatives Act as a key liaison between vendors, the alliance team & other internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For: 4-5 years’ senior PMO Administrator experience in a Managed Services environment or large government agency, preferably within an outsourcing environment Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, customers & other stakeholders Highly proficient & advanced skills with MS 365 (especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint) Proven analytical & problem-solving capabilities High attention to detail Effective team player, has a positive approach to work & team members, flexible, shows initiative, can work under pressure, is acknowledged as reliable & capable Highly organized with good time management skills Why Join Us: Play a critical role in shaping how NRI operates and grows Work closely with senior leaders and teams across the business Have real influence on processes, people, and outcomes Take the next step with us.
