About The Role We are seeking an experienced, customer-centric Patient Engagement Specialist I to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Patient Engagement Specialist I, you will be the first voice of Sprinter Health, supporting patients in their care journey through convenient, at-home services. Your primary responsibility will be to use your exceptional communication skills to build trust with prospective patients and caregivers, educate them on the importance of receiving their ordered services, and motivate them to schedule their appointments. A Day in the Life of a Sprinter Patient Engagement Specialist I Review and follow up on inbound requests received from existing outreach campaigns to ensure timely and effective communication with patients. Utilize deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized and engaging way, building trust and motivating them to schedule their appointments. Use strong communication skills to educate patients and caregivers on the importance of receiving their ordered services and the benefits of receiving them in-home with Sprinter Health. Develop a strong understanding of the care model of each of our partners to support any outstanding questions patients may have and provide seamless support. Collaborate with other representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience and escalate questions and concerns to other teams for additional support as needed. Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned, including outbound calling to schedule patients. Skills And Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Fluency in Spanish is required. You must reside in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare, conducting outbound calls to patients. Preferred experience working with Zendesk. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers.
