They are seeking a passionate and experienced Amazon Senior Brand Manager to lead client relationships, develop growth strategies, and manage projects with cross-functional teams. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and driving business growth through effective management of Amazon accounts. Responsibilities • Creating and executing monthly and quarterly growth roadmaps that meets the clients' monthly and quarterly revenue and profit goals • Managing the assigned clients' Amazon accounts and catalogs • Creating agendas for the weekly or biweekly client meetings, and updating the clients on past progress and future projects and strategies • Understanding the clients' needs and developing strategies to grow their business • Coordinating with the internal teams to create reports to track sales and KPIs for assigned clients, and analyzing data to improve sales and profitability • Managing the Client’s Product Catalog: performing listing audits to improve CTR, CVR, AOV, and other KPIs, and optimizing the listings by coordinating with the Advertising, SEO and Catalog Management teams • Suggesting and creating promotional offers on special days and then reporting the sales outputs • Collectively managing the inventory forecast and replenishment with the Inventory Specialists • Researching the clients' competitors and the markets to improve listings and products • Reporting of action outputs performed on behalf of the clients • Teaching the internal teams on the clients' brand guidelines and various strategies to align with their requirements, needs, desires, and strategies. You make sure that the internal teams have the information and insights for the clients' brands. products, and business • Training other brand managers and auditing their accounts to advise on growth strategies and helping to resolve issues for their accounts • Creating plan of action from accounts with client complains and issues. You will brainstorm with the VP of Client Services to create a POA to resolve the client conflict and eventually gain clients' trust • Assisting the finance teams with outstanding invoice reviews and contacting the clients for the first-step collection efforts • Performing other related duties as assigned Skills • Must be located in U.S.A. • At least 5 years experience as an Amazon Account Manager, building client relationships, creating growth roadmaps and forecasts, and tracking for growth • Business acumen – a good understanding of business and P&L • At least 3 years experience leading and managing teams • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills • Who can follow the tasks he/she delegates and leadership characteristics • Excellent analytical skills • Great multitasking skills • Absolutely No Moonlighting Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field Company Overview • Eva is an AI-powered advertising platform and expert services partner for ecommerce brands, offering ultimate flexibility: automate everything or step in anytime.
