We work closely with major world mints to deliver desirable coins to our customers quickly, while developing new and exclusive products. Position Overview As a Sales Representative at AMS, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, with preferred hours in the afternoon and evening shifts (4 pm - 9 pm CST). You'll work from home, with no cold calling – only working with warm leads and loyal repeat customers. You'll have access to an exclusive product line featuring rare, unique coins that unfold intriguing historical stories. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound follow-up sales calls to existing buyers and handle inbound sales calls from new customers Present customers with rare and unique collectible coins, including obtaining coins for specific customers and negotiating payment terms Encourage long-term, repeat future sales and attain sales goals, including revenue, new account creation, dials, and talk time Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma required 1 year of sales experience required, preferably in an outbound environment Proficiency in sales presentation and closing strategies Strong emphasis on ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty Excellent verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability in confident and determined sales approaches Resilience and capability to manage rejection Persistence and perseverance are essential Maintain a professional and helpful attitude Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the collectibles or numismatics industry Knowledge of coins, bullion, or collectibles Experience with CRM software and sales tools What We Offer At AMS, we believe that investing in our employees is critical to having a successful company.
