Job Summary As a remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing product information. This part-time, work-from-home opportunity offers a competitive starting salary of $18.50 per hour, Monday through Friday work weeks, and flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolution. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed support to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 2+ years of customer service experience, either in a call center or retail environment.
