**Your Role as Data Entry Associate**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Detailed entry of donor gifts and data into the donor database system through various electronic tools and processes
* Working with National and Site Development teams, as well as National Finance and Information Technology teams, as necessary
* Utilizing various procedures, processes, and innovative technological tools to ensure accurate and timely entry of donor gifts
* Ensuring donations are entered accurately and timely into the donor database
* Assisting the Development team on requests for lists and reports out of the donor database
* Performing other duties as assigned
**What You Bring**
* High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
* One year data entry experience required; experience supporting multi-site development, fundraising, and administrative tasks preferred
* Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Donor database software experience strongly preferred
* Significant commitment to the mission of helping low-income students earn admission to college and persist toward degree completion
* Desire to engage in diversity, inclusion, and/or equity work
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
* Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Attention to detail, including proofreading and project follow-through
* Comfort with data collection, analysis, and a strong focus on results
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed
* Office environment with limited travel
* Ability to stand and/or sit for a minimum of 7 hours a day
