Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized Physiatry/PM&R services aimed at enhancing patient quality of life in SNFs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage various conditions including CVA, progressive neurological diseases, and post-operative orthopedic care.
Partner with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to monitor and improve patient outcomes.
Participate in facility meetings to provide leadership and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine.
Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to a community of like-minded professionals.
Required Skills
A strong passion for post-acute care and working with the geriatric population.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Effective collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New Mexico.
Preferred experience in post-acute care settings.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation And Benefits
Competitive Salary: (95,000 - )125,000 per year.
Full-time, W-2 position (30 hours per week), with flexible hours from 9 AM - 4 PM.
