About blithequark and the Role At blithequark, we're committed to providing an exceptional membership experience. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued members, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone and chat. Your expertise and friendly demeanor will make a lasting impression on our members, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Determine member needs and offer personalized support, including answering general questions about blithequark.com and products, as well as researching complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order, product, and delivery issues, often considering and offering compensations as necessary. Act as a liaison between blithequark.com customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Operate multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating technical proficiency and adaptability. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates with previous customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly, efficient, and professional support. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in typing (minimum 30 wpm) and professional business writing. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including obtaining the Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completing the 14-day training course. The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple demands. Excellent time management skills, ensuring that member inquiries are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $20.50 - $30.90 per hour, depending on experience.
