Key Responsibilities Provide expert interpretation of pediatric CT, MRI, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging studies with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Work exclusively in pediatric imaging, with no neuro, mammography, or interventional responsibilities, allowing for focused expertise and a deeper understanding of pediatric radiology. Collaborate with a team of 23 subspecialized radiologists, including 6 pediatric radiologists, 7 neuro radiologists, and 10 body radiologists, to ensure comprehensive coverage of pediatric patients across the US. Utilize advanced PACS and dictation systems, including InteleViewer and PowerScribe 360, to streamline workflow and enhance productivity. Participate in a well-structured workflow that includes AI-assisted detection for certain conditions, ensuring timely and accurate diagnoses. Engage in seamless communication with techs, radiologists, and the 24/7 in-house radiology support team through the Instant Messaging function within InteleViewer. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, candidates must possess: Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology. ABR Board Certification or be Board Eligible if a recent graduate. Strong general diagnostic radiology skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with ordering physicians as needed. Preferred qualifications include: Significant experience in pediatric radiology, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Experience working in teleradiology or a similar remote work environment. What We Offer Diversified Radiology is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package and benefits that reflect the value it places on its radiologists. The offer includes: A competitive salary of $500k (including $400k base + $50k sign-on bonus + $50k annual night bonus + $20k retention bonus year 2), with partnership opportunities offering $500k-$550k, depending on productivity. A $50,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the team. A $50,000 annual shift bonus for working the 10p-7a MST shift. A moving allowance of $15,000 if applicable. A partnership track that can be achieved in 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience or 2 years for less-experienced candidates. A productivity bonus offered to associates and partners. A $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology. Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available.
