Forensic Structural Engineer, Professional Engineer

The role involves investigating and evaluating damage caused by various incidents, requiring strong technical writing and communication skills. Responsibilities Investigate and evaluate the cause and extent of damage following storms, natural disasters, fires/explosions, construction/design defects, accidents, foundation movement, and more Perform the physical requirements of the job, including working in confined spaces and on roofs Carry ladders and operate other equipment as essential functions of the job Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed by vehicle or by plane Work independently and with a cross-functional team of experts Write effective reports Provide the utmost in customer service to our clients Skills You must be a licensed P.E. in OH (or eligible by reciprocity) Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including working in confined spaces and on roofs.
