As a remote Order Management Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order management process. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** As an Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing every invoice for accuracy and quality, and processing every purchase order/quote on a daily basis. This role will also involve communicating with internal/external customers to address all payment-related inquiries and/or console questions. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and validating all order paperwork submitted to ensure completeness and accuracy * Reviewing contracts to identify invoicing, special subscription invoicing terms, payment and acceptance terms * Providing customers with access to the arenaflex console * Quality checking invoices prepared by other Order Management team members for customer orders to ensure accuracy before billing customers * Uploading Tax Certificates * Responding to all emails from customers related to access to the console and billing, or routing correspondence accordingly * Entering and processing all incoming orders accurately and timely * Adding single courses to consoles * Creating Multi Tenant consoles for customers with child accounts * Moving clients under their MSPs Bulk console * Applying presale payments to invoices **Minimum Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or GED * Experience with Gmail and Google Docs * Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) * Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) * Fluent in multiple languages preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent time management and organization skills **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, we're looking for individuals with: * Experience in a similar role or industry * Knowledge of security awareness training and simulated phishing platforms * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **What We Offer:** As an Order Management Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $17.50/hr, as well as a range of benefits that support your personal and professional growth.
