Job Overview As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy operations, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the swift and accurate entry of prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Your strong communication skills will be essential in providing courteous and timely responses to customer inquiries over the phone. Under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist and in compliance with State law, you will be responsible for a range of duties that require attention to detail, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge. Key Responsibilities Efficient and accurate entry of prescriptions into the pharmacy system, ensuring timely processing and minimizing delays. Troubleshooting prescription and patient data entry discrepancies, utilizing strong analytical skills to resolve issues promptly. Ensuring accurate and timely input of prescription and patient information, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet departmental goals, contributing to the continuous improvement of our pharmacy operations. Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic education. Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
