PSYPACT Forensic Psychologist (Telehealth)

KindestMind is a telepsychology practice specializing in forensic psychological evaluation services. We’re looking for licensed psychologists with strong clinical judgment, excellent writing skills, and experience working at the intersection of psychology and the legal system. Types of Evaluations We Commonly Provide: • Parental Fitness Evaluations • Fitness for Duty Assessments (e.g., public safety, healthcare, government roles) • Court-Ordered Psychological Evaluations • Civil Capacity Assessments (e.g., medical decision-making, testamentary capacity) • Guardianship and Capacity Evaluations (if applicable to your expertise) • Immigration Evaluations (if applicable to your expertise) Required Experience and Skills: • PSYPACT license • 3 years of experience conducting forensic psychological evaluations • Willingness to testify in court • Ability to structure and write clear, legally defensible reports • Familiarity with psychological and neurocognitive testing tools • Strong clinical interviewing skills • Experience working with attorneys, courts, or public agencies • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently • Experience with telehealth platforms What We Provide: Full Administrative Support Our clinicians are fully supported by a team of administrative professionals so they can focus solely on clinical work. • Dedicated Intake Specialist: You’ll be matched with an intake coordinator experienced in forensic evaluations who will pre-screen and qualify leads. • Care Coordination Team: Our care team handles client onboarding, including consent forms, intake questionnaires, and document collection. • Scheduling Support: Our team manages appointment scheduling. • You Focus on Clinical Work: Your only responsibilities are to complete the clinical interview(s) and write the report. We handle the rest.
