Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times, going above and beyond to meet customer needs * Handling incoming customer contacts, logging call details, and performing call follow-ups according to procedures * Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process, including product recommendation and after-sales support * Escalating complex issues to the relevant Client's brand units or contact persons * De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases * Ensuring correct presentation of the Client's corporate image in all interactions, representing its brand and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels **Your Qualifications** We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have: * Bilingual or proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin, with an advanced level of English * Self-motivation, a team player, supportive person, outgoing, and open-minded * Active listening and comprehension skills * Very good written skills and a customer-focused attitude * A goal-oriented attitude and time management skills * Minimum knowledge of Office pack and keyboarding skills Don't meet every requirement?
