As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you'll be part of a global team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real difference in the lives of our clients and their customers. **What You'll Do** As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and meeting team KPIs.
