Sharper Business Solutions is a Christian-run organization looking for a dependable and focused Remote Meeting Moderator to help support and facilitate smooth, effective client coaching sessions via Zoom. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys serving others with excellence, and is committed to working in a values-driven environment. ✨ Position Overview As a Meeting Moderator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our coaching sessions stay on track, action items are captured, and our clients feel supported and heard. You'll attend live virtual meetings, type clear and accurate notes in real time, and help track progress on goals and commitments. Key Responsibilities • Attend and professionally moderate client Zoom meetings (Mon–Fri, between 8 AM – 4 PM CST) • Listen actively and capture detailed meeting notes and action items in real time • Ensure meetings stay focused and distraction-free • Help teams stay accountable to goals and follow-ups • Maintain professionalism at all times with clear audio/video and no background noise What We’re Looking For • Fast, accurate typing and note-taking skills • Excellent grammar, spelling, and organization • Reliable, self-motivated, and focused—you must be able to attend meetings without distractions • Comfortable using Zoom with camera and mic (video on during sessions) • Ability to represent our faith-driven, service-minded culture with grace and professionalism • Bonus: Experience in moderation, admin, transcription, or coaching support (but not required) Position Details • Compensation: $15/hour • Type: Part-Time • Remote: 100% virtual (Zoom-based meetings only) • Hours: Must be available at least 10 hours/week, especially Monday–Wednesday • Equipment: Must have a working laptop with camera/mic and reliable internet • Meetings are scheduled in 1-hour blocks between 8 AM – 4 PM CST Work with Purpose At Sharper Business Solutions, we are proud to operate as a Christian-led organization.
