Utilize our CRM software to track and record all customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Provide solutions, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, often involving troubleshooting technical issues. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customer information is accurate and complete. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience. Utilize computerized systems and software to manage and analyze customer data and interactions. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, communicating clearly and effectively to resolve customer issues. Perform financial tasks, such as cash handling, as needed, ensuring accurate and secure transactions. Provide support in multiple languages, including Spanish, as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. You will be proficient in computerized systems and software, have excellent communication skills, and be bilingual or multilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. You will have experience working in an office or call center environment, be able to handle cash and perform other financial tasks, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
