Position: Certified Patient Navigator – Florida (Part-Time, Hourly, Remote) Overview Location:Remote (Florida residents only) Job Type: Part-timeCompensation: Hourly We are hiring a Certified Patient Navigator to support patients through their care journey. This remote role requires an active Florida state Patient Navigator certification, hands-on navigation experience, and strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid. Responsibilities • Guide patients through appointments, referrals, and follow-up care • Assist with Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, benefits, and coverage • Provide clear and supportive patient education • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Communicate with clinics, care teams, and community partners • Identify barriers to care and connect patients to needed resources • Ensure full HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality • Support patients remotely via phone, email, and telehealth Required Qualifications • Active Florida state certification as a Patient Navigator • Minimum 1 year of direct Patient Navigator experience • Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid • Experience with EHR systems and scheduling platforms • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Must reside in Florida and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Additional Information • Flexible part-time schedule • Hourly rate based on experience and certification • Level II background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
