As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for updating our database within the markets assigned. Your primary function will be to assist with maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information, reconciling incoming census, and requesting new lead information. **Key Responsibilities:** * Reconcile census, drive maintenance, and enter new lead information of existing facilities. * Enter new admissions into the CRM system and set them up as an account. * Send out and receive mail and packages, update returned mail. * Update the parent/home account with death and discharges. * Send and receive faxes and emails. * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. * 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company is preferred. * Salesforce.com or CRM experience is preferred. **Other Qualifications:** * Customer service skills: responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, and meets commitments. * Reconciliation skills: ability to reconcile from different sources to get an accurate picture. * Organizational skills: prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently. * Quality control/Attention to detail: demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance. * Adaptability: adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. * Dependability: consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance. * Able to work in a team environment. **Physical Effort & Working Conditions:** Work is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
