Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, using the Mathnasium Method and terminology Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, including individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback and support Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, assisting with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for math and working with students, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I. You should be able to balance various ongoing tasks, be willing to learn and be trained, and have a strong ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
