Job Overview The Patient Care Advocate/Specialty Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing medication orders, and resolving customer service issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter medication orders and select billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming calls and resolving customer service issues in a timely and professional manner • Document patient-reported information into TherigySTM and maintain accurate records • Work with patients to resolve payment-related issues and ensure member satisfaction • Maintain reasonable production levels as determined by supervisor and participate in ongoing training and development programs • Assist in orienting and training new employees and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required; pharmacy technician or related certification preferred • Experience in a customer service-related field; 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician preferred • Registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician (required for Mississippi employees) • Availability to work nights and weekends, as required, and maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality What We Offer: • Competitive salary range of $15.84-17.69 per hour • Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development • A dynamic and supportive team environment with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care Ready to Join Our Team?
