Job Overview: Licensed Pharmacy Technician and Customer Relations Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our Customer Relations team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, supporting our customers and retail pharmacy stores across the country. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls on our 1-800 line, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns Serve as a customer advocate, researching and interpreting company procedures and policies to delight our valued customers Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers via phone or written communications Utilize excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring a positive experience Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont, due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date.
