**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support (Remote)**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for helping our existing customers make changes to their current insurance policies from one of arenaflex's 55+ insurance carrier partners. From processing service changes to answering questions regarding policy details, you'll support our customers with enthusiasm and care. **How You Will Make an Impact:** β€’ Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns β€’ Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more β€’ Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits, making changes to existing policies as needed β€’ Work to retain arenaflex policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all customers **Who You Are:** β€’ A multitasking master, able to manage multiple competing priorities with ease and efficiency β€’ Passionate about helping others, with a customer-centric approach to every interaction β€’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively β€’ Proficient in using technology to streamline processes and improve customer experience β€’ A team player, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex **Compensation and Perks:** β€’ Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement β€’ We'll pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting), ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role β€’ Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K match β€’ Ability to work remotely (we provide work equipment), with a flexible schedule that suits your needs β€’ Ongoing training and mentorship from our leadership team, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need to succeed β€’ An outstanding portfolio of insurance carriers and products, with access to over 55 carriers to ensure we can offer our customers the best options for them **Schedule:** β€’ Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 9pm ET, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is America's first and only super app to radically simplify car ownership.
