What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative in our Fredericksburg, VA office, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service that defines the arenaflex experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:


First Contact Resolution: Be the initial point of contact for policyholders, greeting them with warmth and professionalism while efficiently addressing their needs
Billing Inquiries: Answer questions about premiums, payment plans, billing cycles, and account balances with accuracy and patience
Policy Modifications: Process changes to insurance policies, including address updates, vehicle additions or removals, coverage adjustments, and deductible changes
Product Recommendations: Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for insurance products and coverage options that best protect them
Claims Support: Guide customers through the claims process, providing status updates and answering questions about their coverage
Customer Education: Explain complex insurance concepts in simple, understandable terms, empowering customers to make informed decisions
Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with each customer, creating positive interactions that build long-term loyalty to arenaflex
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our computer systems
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and product knowledge

Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industries
Background in insurance, financial services, or call center operations
Experience with CRM software and telephone systems
Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology
Ability to speak multiple languages (particularly Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Information:

Hourly Rate: $21.34 per hour
Annual Salary: $43,000.10 annually
