**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products and services
* Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary
* Upselling and cross-selling additional services where appropriate to meet customer needs
* Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
**Salary and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour
* Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around business requirements
