What You'll Be Doing
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will:
Ā Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
Ā Identify document types based on provided guidelines
Ā Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards
Ā Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
Ā Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed
Ā Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes
Ā Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
Ā Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Compensation & Schedule
Ā Pay Rate: $12 per hour
Ā Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
Ā A minimum of 20 hours per week is required
Ā Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

Ā WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy
Ā KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
