Responsibilities:
· You will be leading our support team and working closely with other department managers and owners
· You will be working with our customer support team while providing high quality support to our customers
· Will need to learn our products and services and develop/maintain training tools, videos, help files and testing procedures
· Will need to manage/help train customers and oversee getting new customers live with our products
· Diagnosing and resolving software-related issues
· Communicating effectively with customers
· Collaborating with the Support and development teams for issue resolution
· Staying updated on FocalPoints software products and updates
· Gathering and relaying customer feedback for product improvement
Qualifications:
· Good technical writer
· SQL knowledge a plus
· Proficient in MicroSoft Office
· Must have a Pc, Internet and Printer
· Great People skills
· Adaptability and willingness to learn the industry and market trends
· Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a hunger to develop within the company
· 3-years minimum experience required in a managerial role
