Key Responsibilities : β’ Source and attract top local talent through targeted channels. β’ Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to offers and onboarding. β’ Collaborate with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies. β’ Promote diversity, equity, and a positive candidate experience. β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition. β’ Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. β’ Strong understanding of remote recruitment strategies and tools. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. β’ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. β’ Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. β’ Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
