About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our customers via email and chat. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent online customer service etiquette and strong customer relationship skills when responding to customer questions and concerns Contribute to quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of communications to customers and improve customer satisfaction with products Learn and utilize software used by blithequark to navigate listings, locate customer information, and look up data about products Work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments to achieve common goals and ensure seamless customer experiences Process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to customers Essential Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills Proficient computer user and knowledge of internet Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications ASE Certified or equivalent experience Parts Counter or mechanics experience Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment Familiarity with customer service software and technology Bilingual or multilingual skills What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive range of benefits.
