Key Responsibilities Answering general customer questions and resolving their problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing solutions Providing top-notch customer service via chat or email, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and timely Escalating unresolved issues to higher-ups, if necessary, to ensure that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner Maintaining customer records and other relevant information, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and secure Keeping up-to-date with product and service information, making recommendations to customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services Working independently and following provided steps and instructions closely, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work Contract Length and Compensation At arenaflex, we believe in offering flexible and competitive compensation packages to our employees.
